Only someone who is also an Airbnb owner can truly care for your Airbnb.

You work directly with me. With 8+ years of hands-on hosting experience, I remain the main point of contact for guests and stay closely involved with the property itself.

I bring both design, hospitality, and property ownership experience. My perspective comes from working hands-on with properties, including my own ones, and guests for more than eight years, not from looking at them only from a design or management standpoint.

The goal is a well-run property that is looked after properly, performs well, and gives you peace of mind that is visited by quality guests only.

STAGING
I work with property investors and owners preparing a property for sale or for the upmarket rental market, helping determine what needs to change to make the space more appealing and coherent.

The focus is on making the property photograph well, feel considered and communicate its value clearly without spending money where it is not needed.

I help refine what is already there through targeted changes in furniture selection, textiles, lighting, artwork, décor and layout.

Sometimes it is a matter of replacing a few pieces and sometimes the room needs a more substantial reset. The approach depends on the space and what you want it to serve in going forward.

This is not architectural design or renovation, but the layer that makes a home work better for your new lifestyle.
