Yes. You work directly with me throughout the project or management term. My projects and property portfolio are deliberately limited so that I can remain closely involved in both the thinking and the delivery. You are not passed between different people or left wondering who is responsible.

Yes. Depending on the property and the market, I can help manage a flexible combination of short-term and mid-term stays. This may be useful when the property needs to adapt to seasonal demand, attract different types of guests, or balance income with operational flexibility.

Design is important, but my decisions are practical as well as aesthetic. I care about how a property looks and feels, but also how it functions, what it costs to run, what needs maintaining, and whether an improvement will make a meaningful difference. The goal is to make the property more coherent, useful, better perceived, and commercially sound.

Most property management companies manage massive portfolios with several employees, resulting in improper attention paid to guests and properties, worse reviews, more damages, and property deterioration over time.

Premium property management works on a small scale and it best for owners who want to move from basic administration to genuine ownership-minded management.

It involves a limited portfolio of up to ten properties under my management. This way, I am able to offer personal involvement, great communication and follow-up to guests, who have a single point of contact, and personal attention to your property throughout the management period. You and guests always talk directly with me for any matters needing attention, not with an employee.

I also audit the property when we start working together and identify practical improvements in equipment, setup and presentation (cost: €200). Where needed, I can oversee the procurement side separately.

Premium Property Management is intentionally limited to properties generating an expected average gross monthly revenue of €3,000 or more.

Commercial staging engagements begin at a minimum property investment of €10,000.

Private Interior Styling projects begin at a minimum project spend of €5,000.

Procurement for projects is available only in Athens, Greece.
